Divide dough in half, cover, and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 180 ° C while you arrange your baking trays. Roll half of the dough into a thick sheet. Cut into rectangles and poke holes on each. Now bake the crackers for 15 to 20 minutes till they have browned on top.

Now add the almonds and toss. Pour the sugar mixture into the almonds and stir to coat evenly. Now put the almonds on a baking tray and bake for about 40 – 45 minutes, (remember to stop and stir every 10 – 15 minutes). Store in an airtight container once the almonds are cool.
Use it as a dip. Use it as a sauce. Use it as a dressing for a warm meaty salad. This BBQ sauce is as versatile as it is flavourful.

Now blend till it’s smooth. This sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 2 weeks. Use it while grilling meat or as a dipping sauce.

Once done let it cool completely. Heat the chocolate and cream in a double boiler till the mixture is smooth. Once this mix cools down to room temperature, spread it over the cake.

In a separate bowl, sift and mix the flour, salt, and baking soda. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Now add the chocolate. Refrigerate the dough overnight. Grease and line a cookie tray on baking paper. Preheat oven at 180°C. Use 6 teaspoons of dough for each cookie, placing them 2 inches apart on the paper. Bake for 11 minutes, or till the edges are just golden brown and the center is puffed and still gooey.

When it has cooled completely flatten it into a plate and cut out squares. (PS: Don’t discard the whey, instead dilute it with water and sprinkle it on your plants. It makes a wonderful fertiliser.)

Now arrange drumsticks on a baking tray and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. At this point take the tray out and brush the drumsticks with honey and then bake for another 10 minutes. Now turn the pieces around and brush a layer of honey on the other side and bake for another 5 minutes.

We'll needWhisk olive oil with salt, pepper, and filter coffee. Add the cauliflower to this mix and toss till evenly coated. Spread it out on a baking tray and broil till it’s charred at a few spots and cooked thoroughly. Meanwhile saute the onions in olive oil till it browns then stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat. Just before serving drizzle the creamed onion gravy on the cauliflower and garnish with toasted peanuts.
